Scale: The factory area is more than 3,000 square meters, with a single-story independent factory structure. It has three small and medium-sized tempered glass furnaces, two laser glass cutting machines, an automatic line cutting table, two double-sided edge grinding machines, and 6 silk-screen equipment. The annual output of products exceeds 10 million pieces.
Quality control: A complete ISO management system, all materials comply with the EU ROHS standard, and the tempering effect of the product has passed the US ANSI test certification.
Product and price advantages: 100% of the products are self-produced, with more quality assurance. The sales service network covers the United States, Germany, France, Italy, Turkey, North Macedonia, and many other countries in Europe and Asia.
In 2013, the company purchased more than 10 horizontal medium-sized tempering furnaces, CNC cutting machines and other equipment. The production scale has gradually expanded, the number of employees has increased year by year, and the production structure has begun to be standardized and integrated. At the end of the same year, the number of international customers gradually increased, the international market opened up, and the cooperation relationship with world-renowned diving brands Aqua-lung, Mares, sports brand Speedo, and North American surfing and diving brand Body Glove was deepened and consolidated. In 2014, we reached a cooperation with the world-renowned sports brand Decathlon to provide tempered glass lens production and processing for diving goggles sold by these brands. In 2016, we reached a cooperation with the German veteran lighting brand Osram to provide it with sandblasted lamp glass in large quantities.
